This repair was done in about 2 hours and it shows Tim removing a dent from a car.  This paintless dent repair job is shown at 20x the speed so don't think this was done in seconds.  Paintless dent repair requires the technician to get to the bottom of the dent.  Access needs to be gained, and for this particular dent Tim was able to get into the dent by coming from inside the fender area through the hood.  Sometimes the dent location is not so easy to reach and requires some R&I.
